What we collect

If you create an account, we collect your email address to identify your account. If you contact us, we collect whatever information you choose to share in your message. We also store a record of your activity within the app (such as your recent files list) so it's available when you return.

What we don't collect

Every tool processes your PDF entirely in your browser — we do not receive or store the contents of your files on our servers. If you're signed in and use a feature like Recent Files, a copy of that file may be temporarily retained on our servers for up to 10 minutes so it can appear in your history, after which it is automatically and permanently deleted. We never view, share, or otherwise access the contents of your documents. We don't sell your data to third parties.

Third-party services

We use Firebase (a Google service) for account authentication and storing your activity history. If you choose to use our Google Drive integration, files you explicitly save there are handled under Google's own privacy terms. We only interact with your Drive when you initiate a save.

Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local storage to remember preferences (like light/dark mode and your language choice) and, for some tools, to temporarily hold file data while you're actively using the editor. See our Cookies page for more detail.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. You can also clear your recent files list directly from within the app.
